CODE OF UNDERSTANDING

1. This entry form, along with the entry fee, must be submitted to your State Director. Teams will not be allowed to forward entry forms directly to the State Championship Tournament Director.

2. The State Director is under no obligation to accept any entry that arrives after the deadline has passed or the bracket has been drawn.

3. Any team that submits a bad check for payment of entry fee or motel bills will subject to disbarment

4. Any team destroying property or involved in theft of motel property will be subject it disbarment.

5. My team stands ready to play on opening day if so scheduled and understand that In the event of inclement weather; All games would resume at the next possible time after a delay regardless of Tournament Dates. Any team that could not be there for that game would forfeit that game and any other games. No refunds would be allowed for teams choosing not to complete the tournament at the reschedule game time.
